CEIR Vectorizer ("the app") is a desktop app that runs only on your PC. It opens the image or SVG files that you choose and writes the results (PDF, SVG, PNG and a report) to the folder you choose (by default Documents\CEIR Vectorizer). Those files may contain personal content, such as pictures of people; the app processes them only on your PC.
The app stores your settings (such as print size and resolution), the last folder you opened, your output folder and the list of recently opened files in your Windows user settings on this PC. It stores nothing else.
None. The app does not send any information over the network, has no account or sign-in, no analytics, telemetry, advertising or tracking, and does not share any information with third parties.
Because all processing and storage stays on your PC, your files and settings are protected by your Windows account and device security. The app does not transmit them anywhere.
The app does not collect information from anyone, including children.

없습니다. 앱은 네트워크로 어떤 정보도 보내지 않으며, 계정·로그인, 사용 통계, 광고, 추적 기능이 없고 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
모든 처리와 저장이 사용자의 PC 안에서 이뤄지므로, 파일과 설정은 Windows 계정과 기기 보안으로 보호됩니다. 앱은 이를 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다.
앱은 아동을 포함한 누구의 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
